Terms
Licence & refunds, in plain English.
Short version: use it for your brand as much as you like, don't resell the file itself.
What you're buying
A licence to use the template file, not ownership of the design. You get the template, the fonts list, and instructions. Canva and Notion templates arrive as a duplicate link tied to your account; downloads arrive as files.
What you can do
Edit colours, fonts, photos and copy. Use it for your own brand — social, print, web, client-facing documents, paid ads. Print as many times as you need. Keep using it after the purchase; there is no subscription.
What you can't do
Resell, redistribute or give away the template file itself, in original or lightly edited form. Sell it as your own template product. Share your duplicate link publicly. If you want to use a template across multiple client brands, buy the extended licence.
Multiple brands and client work
The standard licence covers one brand. If you're an agency, freelancer or run several businesses, the extended licence covers client work — it's listed on templates where it applies, or email us and we'll set it up.
Refunds
Digital templates are non-refundable once the link or download has been delivered, because the file can't be returned. If a file is broken, incomplete or not what the listing described, email us within 14 days and we'll fix it or refund it.
Fonts and photos
Preview images may use paid fonts or stock photography we can't redistribute. Every template lists its fonts and free alternatives. Placeholder photos are for layout only — swap them for your own.
