The Repurposing Package

You already have the footage. This turns it into content you can post.

Send the b-roll, branding shoot images and clips already sitting on your phone or hard drive. They come back as edited, captioned, ready-to-publish short-form content.

Every cycle starts with your existing library. The footage is reviewed, sorted and planned against your current offers, then edited and delivered in organized batches. Order one cycle, or continue it each cycle. No filming day required.

Starting at $800

Up to 12 edited posts or Reels · Up to 60 Story slides · Built from your existing footage

Repurposing, not filming

The footage already exists. It just hasn't been turned into content yet.

The Repurposing Package takes the content already sitting in the camera roll and turns it into finished, publishable posts.

The studio reviews the library, plans what each piece should say, edits the short-form video, writes the captions and prepares supporting Story content. Everything is delivered by email or organized in Rella for review, download and optional scheduling.

No filming session is included in this package. If new footage is needed, that's a Content Day. This is also not social media management — the day-to-day account, audience conversations and activity outside the approved content stay with the business.

What's included

Your existing footage, edited and delivered in two manageable batches.

Feed content

Up to 12 edited posts or Reels

Tiered by the usable footage supplied

The deliverables may include a strategic mix of Reels, edited short-form videos, carousels, evergreen graphics and other feed content, all cut from the footage and photos the business already has.

Delivery
Deliverables are provided in two batches every two weeks.

Up to twelve total feed deliverables — not 12 static posts plus 12 Reels.

Story content

Up to 60 edited Story slides

Up to 60 individual slides per cycle

Story slides may support current offers, educational content, behind-the-scenes moments, engagement prompts, reminders, calls to action and the cycle's feed content.

Delivery
Up to 30 Story slides are provided every two weeks.

Sixty individual Story slides — not 60 separate multi-slide Story sequences.

Your content support also includes:

  • A review of the existing footage and photo library
  • Content planning against current offers and priorities
  • Selecting and sorting the clips worth using
  • Light trend and competitor research where useful
  • Reel covers
  • Captions
  • On-screen copy
  • Short-form video editing from the supplied footage
  • Supporting graphics
  • Optional scheduling to agreed platforms
  • Appropriate cross-posting
  • One consolidated revision round
  • Delivery through Rella or email/file link

Every deliverable is built from the footage, photos and brand assets the business supplies. Final formats are selected according to the approved content plan, so not every cycle contains the same mix of Reels, carousels and static content.

Choose how to receive your content

Review it in Rella or receive the finished files directly.

Option 01

Rella workspace

Content is uploaded to Rella in two biweekly batches. The client can review the deliverables, leave consolidated feedback, download approved content and view the planned publishing order in one place.

If scheduling is selected, approved content can be scheduled to the agreed platforms through Rella.

Option 02

Direct delivery

The two batches can be delivered through email or a shared file link. The client receives the finished assets, captions and relevant posting notes to publish internally.

Choosing Rella or optional scheduling does not turn the package into social media management. Account monitoring, engagement, comment responses and direct-message management remain outside the package.

How much you get back

The volume scales with how much usable footage there is to work with.

Tier 01

A light library

A handful of usable clips and a recent photo set

4–6 edited posts or Reels per cycle, plus supporting Story slides

Tier 02

A working library

A branding shoot plus regular phone footage

7–9 edited posts or Reels per cycle, plus supporting Story slides

Tier 03

A full library

A deep archive of b-roll, shoots, events and product footage

Up to 12 edited posts or Reels per cycle, plus up to 60 Story slides

The tier is set during the content assessment, before anything is invoiced. More usable footage means more finished content from the same cycle.

What can be repurposed

  • B-roll and unused clips from past shoots
  • Branding shoot images and photo sets
  • Phone footage filmed on the go
  • Event, workshop and behind-the-scenes clips
  • Product, service and space footage
  • Old raw exports and archived footage
  • Talking-head clips already recorded
  • Client-approved testimonial footage

When this isn't the right offer

  • No existing footage or photos at all
  • Media too low-quality, dark or unstable to edit
  • Footage that no longer matches the current offer or brand
  • Stock-only libraries with nothing from the business itself
  • Content the business does not have the rights to use

If the existing content can't carry the cycle, the reply says so — usually with a Content Day as the better starting point, or a clear no when the timing isn't right.

Why there's an application

The existing content gets reviewed before anything is sold.

Repurposing only works when there is enough usable material to work from. The application collects a sample of what the business already has — clips, shoots, photo sets, archives.

That sample is reviewed and a straight answer follows within two business days: which tier the library supports, or that filming needs to happen first.

If the content isn't usable, a Content Day is offered instead. If neither is the right fit, the application is declined rather than stretched into something that won't work.

  • Usable library — a tier and a start date are confirmed
  • Thin or unusable library — a Content Day is offered instead
  • Not a fit right now — declined, with the reason stated plainly

Need new footage instead? The Content Day is a strategy-led filming session with 6 standalone edited videos. Explore the Content Day.

The process

A clear rhythm from planning to delivery.

  1. 01

    Share

The existing footage, photo sets and clips are shared through a folder link so the library can be reviewed.

  2. 02

    Plan

Current offers, promotions, events and priorities are matched to the usable footage to set the cycle's content plan.

  3. 03

    Edit

The studio cuts the short-form video, builds the supporting graphics and writes the captions from the supplied library.

  4. 04

    Review

The client submits one consolidated round of feedback for each biweekly batch through the agreed review method.

  5. 05

    Deliver

Approved content is delivered by email/file link or organized in Rella. When selected, approved content is scheduled to the agreed platforms.

Keeping the cycle on schedule

What keeps the content moving

The package works best when the footage library and the information behind the content arrive on time, with feedback coming from one primary decision-maker.

  • A shared folder of existing footage and photos
  • Current offers and priorities
  • Accurate product or service information
  • Important dates and deadlines
  • Brand assets
  • New clips added before the cycle deadline
  • Required platform access when scheduling is selected
  • Consolidated feedback
  • Timely approvals
  • One primary client contact

Delays in receiving footage, information, access or feedback may shift the delivery or publishing schedule.

For busier cycles

Add content without changing the entire package.

The package is designed to cover the business's consistent core content. When a launch, event, seasonal campaign or new priority requires more, additional deliverables can be added to that cycle's scope.

Additional content and investment
Additional contentInvestment
Additional feed post or Reel$75 each
Additional consolidated revision round$50 per round
  • Additional deliverables must be requested before the applicable batch is finalized.
  • Rush work is subject to availability and may require a separate fee.
  • Add-ons do not permanently change the core package.
